What we collect
When you contact us, we receive whatever you send — typically your name, work email, organization, monthly claim volume, and payer list. When you use the product, you share the claim lists you already track (payer, claim ID, billed amount, and dates) so we can run status requests on your behalf.
How we use it
Contact details are used to reply, schedule the walkthrough, and confirm payer coverage. Claim lists are used only to provide the service: running status requests, recording payer responses, and returning your sorted list. We do not sell your information, and we do not use your claim data to train shared models.
What we don't collect
This marketing site sets no advertising cookies and runs no cross-site trackers. UmiLab is built for billing teams — it is not for patients, and we do not collect patient contact details through this site.
Retention and security
We keep contact correspondence for as long as the business relationship requires it, and claim-list data only as long as needed to deliver the service and meet legal obligations. Access is limited to the people who need it to operate the service.
