• Payer mix — which payers take most of your team's time, and whether we already cover them.
• Follow-up ownership — whether your team keeps working denials in-house or wants the sorted list only.

What's always included

• Status checks across payers — we run the status requests and record what each payer reports.
• Plain-English categories — every claim lands in Needs action, Waiting on payer, or Closed.
• Spreadsheet in, spreadsheet out — your CSV or XLSX goes in, an updated file comes out.
